Size 4 is recommended for a waist size of 50 to 70 inches or 3XL to 6XL. 

Lovely blue, cream and gold teardrop pattern. Calf to ankle length. Elastic cap sleeves. No pockets.

All garment measurements taken while laying flat.

Make sure to take into account the overlap on the sides when choosing a dress. This will effect the chance of flashing a little thigh AND the tightness/looseness of the arm and underarm area.
