Size 3 is recommended for a waist size of 40 to 56 inches or 1XL to 5XL. 

White and blue flowers with dark green stems on white background. Cap sleeve with elastic. Just about knee length. No pockets.

All garment measurements taken while laying flat.

Make sure to take into account the overlap on the sides when choosing a dress. This will effect the chance of flashing a little thigh AND the tightness/looseness of the arm and underarm area.
