Size 3 is recommended for a waist size of 40 to 56 inches or 1XL to 5XL. 

This print reminds me of Florida spring break in the early aughts. Lots of purple-y blues, beiges, and pinks. Cap sleeve with elastic. Knee length. No pockets.

Make sure to take into account the overlap on the sides when choosing a dress. This will effect the chance of flashing a little thigh AND the tightness/looseness of the arm and underarm area.
