Size 2 is recommended for a waist size of 32 to 44 inches or L to 3XL. 

Pink, blue and yellow flowers on white. Knee length. Cap sleeve with elastic. No pockets.

All garment measurements taken while laying flat.

Make sure to take into account the overlap on the sides when choosing a dress. This will effect the chance of flashing a little thigh AND the tightness/looseness of the arm and underarm area.
