Size 2 is recommended for a waist size of 32 to 46 inches or L to 3XL. 

Simple, solid light blue. Cap sleeve with elastic. No pockets. Just above knee length.

All garment measurements taken while laying flat.

Make sure to take into account the overlap on the sides when choosing a dress. This will effect the chance of flashing a little thigh AND the tightness/looseness of the arm and underarm area.
